Picked this up today (pardon the potato pic):

1961 Ford F100 Unibody. Two owner truck, original paint, original interior. 223 straight six with a four speed (T98a, I think). Just needs a new clutch.

I'm pretty happy with it!

I love those trucks. I almost bought a 64 unibody a few years back to make a rat rod out of, but the guy was too firm on his price. What did you give for it if you don't mind me asking?

My old man drove one of those for several years back in the early 1970's.  It was a great truck!

Much want.

Looks like you have some good times ahead.

Nice find!  How much did you pay for it?

$2500

I thought it was fair given it started right up, idled well, all lights and signals work and the interior is nearly perfect. Like I mentioned, it does need a clutch.

ETA: Oh, and it's a two owner truck. The very nice, elderly man I bought it from bought it from the original owner back in 1971.

Nice price. The guy I was talking to want 6500. It ran and drove great, but had a lot of poor rust repair, rusted out bed, and a bad lowering job that bottomed out on everything.

Nice score! I'm jealous.
I'm not a classic car fan at all really. But the unibody fords and chevy cameos really hit my eye just right.

At the moment just get it drivng. it may get a Mustang II front suspension, steering and brakes in a while. I've got another frame off going on right now so I need to finish that before diving too deeply into this one.
