Would an SBR'd MG be just one stamp? It depends. If you had an RDIAS as the gun wouldn't need to be an SBR if it had the RDIAS installed as well as a short barrel. If the RDIAS was switched into to another AR rifle then the first rifle would need to be an SBR as its no longer an MG. PS fuck the ATF. |

If your MG was originally built and registered with a barrel longer than 16" then you can't just throw a 14" barrel on it and let it go. you have to also register your MG lower on a form 1 to build it into an SBR. FYI, most of the pictures in this thread are of rifles with 1 stamp.. the suppressor is stamped by itself and therefore not a part of the rifle (so technically........) |

Quoted: Doesn't the sear get a stamp, or does that also allow SBR automatically? I don't own one. Quoted: Quoted: Quoted: That would make it a three stamp gun. Huh? MG + suppressor is two stamps. Doesn't the sear get a stamp, or does that also allow SBR automatically? I don't own one. No barrel length requirement with MG. If the sear is removable and you want to keep the short barrel, then yes it's a 3 stamper as you'll need to also register it as an SBR. |

Enough doom and gloom. Picture thread featuring two-stamp guns! Ready? Go http://i290.photobucket.com/albums/ll241/ppcseniortrip/five.jpg ...but but but! I live in CA so this is still a doom and gloom thread - in spite of my SIG Brace. A.W.D. |

Didn't realize it was a race. This was prior to coating the brake. I'll probably bust out few more tomorrow.
