I have a new PC on the way. The new PC has Windows 10, the old one Windows 7 (although I could upgrade it Windows 10 for free). I want to transfer files and of course, programs if possible. I found that impossible when I changed from Vista to windows 7 (new machine). But I have found a couple of folks that say that it now can be done.
