I know I am new to this but I dont understand why I can make replys to some posts and not to others. I tried to reply to anti's post and my reply does'nt show up there. Is it a problem on my end?

if your talking about anti's post on the top of the pages,you can't because only mods can open those to post. there put there as news posts about the site & other items of importance.in other words their READ ONLY POST.
