I also have had the same issues you are talking about since I installed Teamviewer to fix my mom's computer issues. She lives in a different part of the state and it was too big of a pain to update her flash player every time her Facebook app updated.
I usually only see it appear with remote desktop and thought my video card was going out. Now that you bring it up I bet it is Teamviewer. |

I use Teamviewer to support users. To my knowledge there is no secret spy option for IT. In fact I don't know of any that do. Not saying they aren't out there but I don't work in a super high security industry where that would be useful either.
Could be your video card don't get along with the Teamviewer driver. Try uninstalling Teamviewer. It's not big deal to reinstall the next time you need IT help. |
