Even though I am out of FDNY, I just got orders to be fitted for a gas mask. So I want down today and got it. I Have worn SCBA Tank masks for Fire Fighting. No problem but I put this thing on and had an anxiety attack. I ripped it off I waited and was able to do the fit test. All I know is anyone who has to wear them and handle a rifle DAM DAM DAM...Now it might be my age, or I am just out of practice. Running around in a desert fighting a war, or having to Don that thing everytime a alert sounds...May God protect all of them. By the way they gave us really good ones, but only Tear Gas canasters...Waiting for the other ones to come in. |
