Hunting in the Rockies from September through November( 80 degrees down to zero), good to walk in ( I'll put on 5-6 miles per day pretty easy) and under $300. My pair of Cabelas is done for and need to be replaced. Thoughts on a replacement pair??? And Go!

your not gonna get much for 300 bucks imo. cabalas sells a decent boot but i believe they are rebranded meindl. i would spend the extra money and get kenetrek or lowa boots. they are worth their weight in gold in the mountains.

Danner East Ridge boots are one of the few Danners that are Made in Oregon and are recraftable, when it comes to the soles.

There are other East Ridge boots on the the site with different amounts of insulation and prices.

You need two pairs of boots.

0 degree boots will have insulation.
