So for my SHTF gun needs an excellent trigger before I can call it perfect. Which should I start saving for SSA or MBT.

Reason why I should go with the E over the standard?

The SSA would get my vote. Truth be told I'm pretty happy with an ALG ACT and JP red/yellow kit.

Lighter pull, much more crisp. SSA is solid, I just prefer the enhanced version.

Reason why I should go with the E over the standard?

SSA = 4.5lbs pull (two stage trigger)

SSA-E = 3.5lbs pull   (two stage trigger best for scoped rifle)

S3G/SD-3G = 3.5lbs trigger pull (Modified two stage in a one) ( SRT = fast)

Geissele obviously but try flat trigger first. I'd would have never bought my SSAs if I'd had known how much I like my SD-C.

Edit: I'm sure Larue is tits too

I like the SDE a lot the flat bow is nice. The MBT has a wide bow. I need to time to decide, but both are good choices.

Well my "gun stuff" budget, yes it's a line item on my monthly budget, is $70 a week. So I've got a few weeks to make up my mind.

Geissele triggers and rails are the best thing on the market. Nothing else comes close.

I bought one because I really enjoyed my KIDD 10/22 flat blade trigger.  I found it awkward so I went back to a standard curve. Im guessing practice and comfort zone have a lot of input into that outcome.

I have three rifles with an SSA-E installed. I find it to be a great addition to all of them, but love it best in my scoped rifle.

G and ALG rails are superb in quality as well.  I feel privileged to have been introduced to their products.

I tried one of the SSA-E on one rifle. Now three of my ARs have them. They are a fabulous two stage trigger!
