My truck has a backup camera. Its nice not having to turn my head around all the time, and hooking up a trailer is easy as pie.

Do you mean an aftermarket head unit that adds nav, and also comes with a backup camera kit?

My Pilot has a backup camera. Hooking up the camper is a breeze now...especially since I painted the hitch on my camper bright yellow so it is really visible.
