As we get closer to zero hour I just want to say Thank you to our troops. Because when I put my girls to bed tonight somebody is going to be puting his ass on the line a long way from home so my family can live free and with out fear. Thanks guys. | It seems that what DUers ponder and quandar over is common sense here. Reporters didn't give us free speech; the soldier did. Lawyers didn't give us the right to a fair trial; the soldier did. Priests didn't give us the freedom of religion; the soldier did. The DUers have it the other way around. Only with soldiers can we continue to live free here. Selfless service. Prepare for war, pray for peace. |

I saw this somewhere else and thought it would be appropriate. Our Father in Heaven, before our President gives our brave men and women the order to go into battle, all of us will approach you each in his own way. Our enemies too, according to their own understanding, will ask for protection and for victory. And so, we bow before your infinite wisdom. We offer our prayers as best we can. I pray you watch over the the President and our brave men and women. That are led into battle. Use the President as your instrument in this awful hell of war to watch over them. The President and the Brave men and women are deserving of a future in your blessing and goodwill. Amen. Oh, yes, and one more thing, dear Lord, about our enemies, ignore their heathen prayers and help us blow those little bastards straight to Hell. Amen. |
