So, it's about 5:30 am and the sun is coming up.

If my calculations are correct, without daylight saving time, it would be 4:30 am.

So the people who rail against daylight saving time, would you really want to sun to come up at 4:30 am?

I'd much rather have that extra hour of in the evening - when I can enjoy it. Instead of being woke up an hour earlier.

Well, if noon is going to be when the sun is highest in the sky, that's the shit that's gonna happen.

No daylight savings time here, don't miss it.

Yes, the sun gets up "early." I fail to see what this is such a tragedy. It isn't wasted - if you need the sun, get yourself up earlier.

Everyone should change their clocks because you don't want to get up early.

Is that your message?

We have so much sunshine here we don't need to save it.

It's daylight from 4:30 until 10:30 here this time of year.

I love it since I'm running a solar powered field ham radio system today for ARRL field day.

Somehow I would live with sunrise at 4:30am during summer solstice.

No DST here and I like it that way!
The older I get the more I love getting up early in the morning - plus it's nice and cool for my morning hikes.

This time of year, Yuma "cools off" to around 85-90 overnight.

I hope you aren't there.

I love early daylight and late evenings. The only problem is I hate eating dinner at 10pm due to working outside till dark.

Especially near a small body of water.
