It seems you need a specific type of email to register on this sight now.
Which emails are allowed? My buddy wanted to sign up but couldn't. He said something about his email not being allowed. |

Whoa, whoa, whoa there. You're going to just give away 177 posts? Must be nice Rockefeller. Quoted:

I'll just give him my account. I really don't have a use for it anymore. Thanks for the help. Whoa, whoa, whoa there. You're going to just give away 177 posts? Must be nice Rockefeller. Sorry, not everyone can manage a 10 post a day average. Anyway, buddy just wanted to ask a question about a particular brand of rifle. |

Has to be a "real"e-mail account - like one his ISP gives him. sharklasers.com doesn't cut it. Cuts down on trolls registering burn accounts. |

Have him register using a non-free email. His internet provider gave him one. His employer probably gave him one.
I haven't tested it to confirm, but I'd bet that cellphone@mms address for his cell provider would work in a pinch
It's not hard to register here, just a little inconvenient. Helps keep out the spammers and such. |

Who uses their ISP provided email address? The Comcast guy wrote mine down on an envelope, when my cable was installed, yet I have never used it nor do I even know what it is.
We both have Comcast and AT&T and I'm sure they both provide an email, yet neither of us use them. I can't think of anyone that does. Anyway, it isn't important. He got the information he needed elsewhere. |
