My EXPS order and Pmag orders were canceled as expected. Yet today I recieved 1 M3 Pmag with an invoice stating the ordered qty was 1 not 12. Checked my act. And I was charged $8.88 plus a full $10.60 shipping. WTF...
Their website still shows my complete order was canceled. Will be calling them 1st thing in the morning. Anyone else receiving surprise packages from them after EXPS sale mess? Update: They have absolutely no f'ing clue what they are doing. Spent 30 min on the phone with cust service to finally be told. "My manager will call you back." Update 2: cust service manager has no explanation as to why this happened. Supposed to get a call from her boss to find a resolution. F this BS!!! Disputed charge with cc company. In my book this is theft as the order had been confirmed as canceled. Update 3: called again, spoke with Sharon CSR manager who only wanted to scream at me. She can't solve the problem would only tell me the "Finance dept." will email me. Yeah right! This company sucks donkey balls! They deserve to go out of business. Considering small claims court now. How does that work with them being out of state? |

I made an order with them a few weeks ago. Haven't used them since the early 2000's. Didn't know their CS has gone to shit.
Half my stuff is back-ordered. Got a few items right away. They then sent me one helmet band in a separate shipment. I'm still waiting on the rest of my order. Fucked up like a football bat. ETA: Good luck getting anyone to pick up the phone. If they do, good luck on getting things straightened out. |

I was a customer of theirs since the 80's. US Cavalry was my Moms standby when I was a kid. I even had a nice conversation with the owner Mr Randy Acton at Knob Creek years ago. I made an order with them in 2002 and they sent me my stuff along with someone elses, an Army LTC out of Ft Campbell no less. Well I called them up and explained the issue and asked what they would like to do. The lady said, "Oh sorry, just go ahead and keep the other order." I told her the LTC probably needed this stuff because i knew the 101st was heading out to Afganistan. I asked her if she needed the LTC's order number to make it right She said no. I'm thinking WTF? This guy needs his poncho liner and other items. I told her this was bullshit and I'll never order with them again, then the bitch hung up on me.
Well I went and shipped the items to the light bird on my own dime and never heard back. Oh well at least the guy had his woobie for deployment. I tell anybody who ever brings up US Cavalry, they are a shit company and don't do business with them. |

I used to love getting theirs and Brigade Quartermasters catalogs in the mail during the 80's, but I haven't ordered anything from either of them since the early 1990's.
They are normally higher priced than most other vendors. I honestly didn't even know they were still around. |

| I called this morning and they answered right away, a female named Casey answered and I said I would like to cancel my order. I told her my name, she cancelled. Seemed super easy, but with the reviews I see here I would rather this go no further and just quit while I'm ahead. |
