Chaffetz on FOX saying we should use dogs. I agree. When I travelled to PR a few years ago dogs were used to sniff our carry ons Haven't seen them in CONUS |
| I forget what airport it was in, but they had a dog and handler walking up and down the security line sniffing bags. I didn't see them get a hit, so I don't know what happens if they do. This was in the US somewhere, just can't remember where I was at the time. |
