| The gun show is in town today. I will check it out and will report later |
|
Quoted: If you buy a long gun, you give the guy the money and he gives you the gun. But handgun sales require government approval What is the 'governmental approval' process? Is there a requirement for the seller of a long gun to check your Canadian ID? If so, do they regularly do it? In the states (most of them anyway), for pistol private sales, the seller is supposed to make sure you are a resident of the state the sale is taking place in (Fed law), most people just hand you the pistol though. |

As a matter of fact, I bought this .45 ACP Norinco 1911 for $350 last year. And it came in a bag... http://i641.photobucket.com/albums/uu138/Fluffy9lives/IMG_4670_zpsb183cd6c.jpg Quoted:

I assume in Canada they sell guns in bags and not boxes? As a matter of fact, I bought this .45 ACP Norinco 1911 for $350 last year. Even if it came wrapped in an oversized condom. |

Handguns have to be registered. So when you buy a handgun, the registration has to be transferred to you before you can take delivery of the gun. It usually takes a day or two. |

No, we really do.... At last year's show there was a guy who had several crates of Soviet SKS rifles. He was selling them right out of the crate for $210--which is about $188 U.S. This rifles appeared to be freshly rebuilt and in new condition. They also came in bags....

Beck's and Peroni are the two brands that I like. I am sure that good American beer exists. But I have not tasted any yet. |
