Why is the curfew in Baltimore from 1000p.m.-500a.m.? Wouldn't it be better if it was from Dusk to Dawn? On Monday night there was a curfew for children with a plan to implement the curfew for adults tonight. Is it so the 'protestors' have time to get home from work and go out to protest?

Dusk to dawn is way too vague. You can't argue with numbers so I say a specific time frame is needed and voted accordingly.

OK...then 8pm to 7am. That's pretty close to DUSK TO DAWN as of right now. It changes every day though.
