Maybe it's just me, but Citizens Bank's ATM ask's you a question when your done your transaction, does this make any sense ?

The Screen will ask,

            Is your transaction complete ?

Do you want another transaction ?

                         Yes       No

This. I bank with Chase. I have no problem with it.  It's so that people can get all their stuff done in one fell swoop.  Sometimes I'll go and put money in the bank, just to take it out.

That's so you don't have to swipe and enter your PIN for every individual transaction.

Some don't do that any more because people would walk away and the next guy in line would withdraw money or whatever from the previous customer's still active transaction (and account).

Both questions are on the screen, you can't select the question to answer, so they oppose each other.

I think his point was there were two questions on screen where a yes to one would mean no to the other.

I'm surprised it doesn't say "Citizen, you have requested a large cash advance and we must notify local law enforcement of possible future crime"
