Freedom of speech has been suppressed and restricted, with “free speech zones,” and protests confined to restricted areas where they are not allowed to protest at the site of the object of protest.
Free exercise of religion has been restricted, with people of faith sometimes forbidden to express their faith if they should do so in any government-owned venue.
The enumerated powers of Congress have been far surpassed and exceeded, with the assent of all three branches of government colluding to rewrite the Constitution, and its limits on Congressional authority.
Further, the 10th amendment restraining Congress from exceeding the enumerated powers has been ignored.
The obligation of Government to show just cause and obtain warrants for searches and seizures has been eviscerated, with numerous areas where warrants and just cause are ignored.
