Lets say you setup a trust in one state for Class 3 items.. Lets say a job comes up and you move to a different state.. What changes need to be made to the trust and existing Form1/4's..

None, a 5320.20 and check box 2 for no return. As long as you are legal at the destination should be GTG. As always you mileage my vary and it's always best to consult an attorney...

I am about to move, and have been wondering the same thing. Wouldn't you need to change the trust address? Especially if you plan to purchase more items under the trust?

Have an attorney in the state that you are moving to review the trust doc to verify that it is valid in that state. It may need to be revised (or may not).
