After being away for a little over a month I came home to find that I failed to drain the hot water heater properrly. The hot water heater failed to drain, so it froze, ruptured and leaked. Firrt time
I have ever failed to drain it properly. I hit up two local big box retailers and neither one had the size water heater I need. Day two without water

Thank god for 5 gallon water jugs to flush the toilet and a neighbor who let me use his shower. WINTER SUCKS

Over a week late on rent and not supposed to start work for the season til Monday. As of the 14th, eviction notice will be signed. Winter months are hell around here.
