Most people have no clue what an SBR is or even what NFA in general is, so a little education can help keep them out of prison. This is what happens when it takes a technical and legal SME to enjoy a constitutional freedom.
I think "not knowing" should be excusable when enjoying the bill of rights as an American citizen. You shouldn't have to go to law school to function in society without being scared of going to jail. |
