Did a shoulder in the smoker today too. Came out decent always seems to take longer than I think it will. I think next time I am going to start it the night before.

I did a couple rack of ribs today.

We have just about polished them off.

I may have a couple bones left for lunch on Monday.

about 5 hours total

3 hours on the rack with cherry and apple wood

pulled and foiled with some apple juice

back in smoker for two hours

pulled and rest for 30 min

Did a couple racks of ribs Wednesday.

picked up some chicken legs today, will throw them in the smoker one day this week. I haven't slowed down since I got my Masterbuilt back in November. Now that it's starting to warm up I'll be cooking even more.
