Ive lost 47 pounds since October of last year, 348 down to 301.  At 6'4 still over weight but shooting for 250 maybe 220.  That is all

download my fitness pal and use it religiously, i didn't realize how many calories i was in taking throughout the day.  All of the weight has come off just from diet alone.  Need to get my fat arse in the gym next.  I limit myself to between 1700-1800 kcal a day.  It was really hard at first but once i got used to it no problem at all being hungry though out the day.  I eat 5-6 times a day, small means, lean meats mostly chicken, lots and lots of vegetables, i do eat sandwiches and bread, tried cutting out carbs at first but to hell with that i like them to much  The biggest part is self control.  Course going through a bad break up didn't help matters  Well actually it did in losing the weight but i started loosing before that.  Cut out all sugar, sweet tea was the hardest thing to give up, switched to diet coke no fried foods, grilled or broiled meats,
