Sorry if this is a dupe, I tried searching and came up empty.
Discuss. 22 Veterans a day is too many. http://www.dailymail.co.uk/news/article-2964297/Air-Force-Reserve-family-suspect-sexually-assaulted-Afghanistan-shoots-dead.html |

Do you even Reserve, bro? Article posits no evidence of sexual assault. What's this 22 a day stat you speak of, OP? Where's it coming from? Quoted:
Quoted: A male LTC as a business partner with a female CPT....I'm not a detective, but I might see some dots to connect. Do you even Reserve, bro? Article posits no evidence of sexual assault. What's this 22 a day stat you speak of, OP? Where's it coming from? I do not have the exact figure but it seems everyone is posting about 22 veterans a day die as a result of suicide. |

I'd be cautious of that figure if it comes out of Obama's VA run by a Special Forces poser.

A male LTC as a business partner with a female CPT....I'm not a detective, but I might see some dots to connect. I have run into several people that were NG or reserve that have started businesses together or have hired people they have served with in the military. They see it as a win-win because they come from similar backgrounds and also know they will understand the time commitments they have as well. And if they were in a relationship who cares as long as he was not somehow involved in her suicide. |

You probably didn't do much of importance in the military, huh? I'm betting you weren't a detective since you obviously suck at it. Quoted:

I did say I wasn't a detective, slick, but whose is always looked at? The ones closest to the victim, was it suicide or a Vince Foster suicide? |

Please check and see when the UCMJ applies to Reservists, and then get back with us. ETA: And if you're NG, you should already know you're talking out of your ass. |

I said unethical not against UCMJ, how long have you been commissioned? I have over 18 years commissioned service, and currently an O-4. |

Is it unethical when the CO works for the SGM? People have civilian careers. Don't like it? Pay us full time. |

Perception of what Soliders see, true or not, can effect a unit, in a bad way. It's always best to avoid any perceived favoritism. As for an Officer working for a SGM during the week..... Find a different unit or find a differnt job, you undermine your Command authority, if the Soldiers and NCOs think a SGM owns you. |
