How many hours of sleep do you average per night? |
Well, how many hours I'm in bed, and how many hours I sleep are usually pretty different.
On usual days (work days) I hit the sack around 10AM and try to sleep until 7PM. (I work nights). You would think that's 9 hours. But most days I only get about 4 hours of sleep. If I take some nyquil, or generic with DM in it, I'll usually sleep a lot more, but try not to do that more than once or twice in a week. |
Quoted: Seven to eight consistently. I've always been a big proponent of getting eight hours of sleep as much as possible. I really don't know how people stay alive sleeping only 3-4 hours per night. It's one of the most important (and easy) things to do for your health. Sleep deficits are serious. |
