Hey guys I'm about ready to send in my form 1. Paper work is filled in black ink, trust is complete and notarized, lower is engraved. Oh and I don't have easy access to a scanner to upload my trust to fill an Eform so I'll be doing this snail mail.
I would appreciate some input on what all needs to be in this packet to submit. I heard to atf is very picky I.E the ink color. I heard the form 1 is supposed to be printed front to back or it will be sent back. So how many copies of trusts do they need? How many copies of form 1 do I need to include? Does the trust need to be Printed front and back? What needs to be an original (not a copy). I just don't want to be kicked back, so any and all advice would be much appreciated. Thanks guys! |
| Your trust was created on a computer instead of a typewriter, right? Well then you have an electronic copy. You have a cell phone, right? Take a picture of the forms that were signed/notarized and change them to a .pdf. Create a full .pdf with all of the electronic and pictured documents. You have an electronic copy of your trust to efile. |

I read somewhere that they would not accept the form without the trust being notarized. Thanks |

Thanks they will not accept it without it being notarized. that is why you take a picture or scan of the complete notarized form and add it to the electronic document |

I would do everything within my power to find someone with a scanner to use eForms. It is SO much faster and super easy to use. Post in your HTF, and I'm sure there are some local arfcommers that will gladly help you out. Ok looks like I'm going the way of eForm. Thanks |
