Is there anywhere to cash these things out or should I just trash them? I found about $20 worth of the things from 2004-5 in one of my storage boxes that I'm trying to clean out.

AAFES has to take them back. That's the best way to get rid of them. If they give you crap and say no, elevate it up. This. The two ladies at the FAFB Shoppette had never seen one before, I asked them to call the manager at the BX, all was well. Even better was my Supply Sarge who pooled up a shitton from the guys. TWO kegs for "FREE"!
