Short Version
Went to Christmas to my parents house. My tenants were left behind .I told them to go home as well--and they did. I didn't tell them to turn the heat off, I thought they would have common sense. I guess I didn't leave instructions behind. Someone thought they were giving me a favor by turning the heat off in an empty house Well, I come back. House has only cold water. Basement piping is busted all over the place. The idiot(s) turned off the heat and it was quite cold this December. So the piping is ruined. They got to move in too, and they wont pay me $$ for rent if they don't have their utilities. I have to quickly find a plumber , paid 1k $+ for service the retardation is beyond my understanding what water expands when it freezes. Mind you, one is 20 and the other is 27. LONG VERSION China is gonna want its wall back, but i don't care. I am ranting. Ya'll remember that post on mouthbreathers how i got in a fight with a kid who punched me in my nose and broke it; so i have to breathe through my mouth, yada yada Well that post was meant to be an allegory for the mouthbreathers, I meant to type a follow-up post after that. You see i have these 2 roommates. Infact i had them for a while, ever since my parents bought me this house in 012. I will also fill you in on my roommates*(I am the landlord), how they turned the heat off when I left for my parents house. In the winter. Caused 1k $+ worth of damage to the pipes(I will show the bills). Ruined the water heater too, the plumber wanted to charge me something like 300 or 400 bucks just to change out the elements. Pfft, rode mah bike to Lowes picked up 2 new elements for I think 15$ ea and with the help of the doofuses who ruined it we changed em out. 1 of them said he is from Florida and didn't know any better--which is I guess true, they don't even turn the heat on. But the other?????This mofo must have been born in a barn. I guess I didn't tell them the instructions and...they tried to do better but it turned out for worse I swear, the dumbest of the dumb, these Americans, these kids(err, adults). One has been here since 2009, I think he switched majors 3 times. First he went into Nursing or pre-pharmacy I think. The way he told me he made it 2 years then got weeded out by organic chem and calc. Switched majors. This time he went into engineering; I mean, I guess you can sure make big bucks from that. Buuuuut....judging from his study skills he(and the other) are both so fucking lazy I don't know. So, he couldn't do engineering either. So he now went into Agriculture  , like the animal sciences n shit like that
The other one is actually younger than me by a year and this phaggot got a smart head on his shoulders...like booksmart. I kinda envy that plucker. He is going into business and economics, like a business and marketing degree. What is he going to do with that? You don't need no business degree to start your own business I am not sure how the first one hasn't been thrown out of the University yet, i didn't ask him for the GPAs. They both never held a job, but drive these expensive cars their parents bought them. How does he afford a '06 Cadillac Escalade?? The other one has a battered up '02 ford Taurus Bah, i don't care who they are; even if they brought so much damage upon the house they will repay it in a month. You see, their parents send them a nice big fat check. Holy shit, at 27 years old you'd think they can support themselves. Nada. You'd think i was disconnected from reality, these guys are a whole new piece of work, especially that older kid. He is weird too, talks to himself , still watches animes but other than that he is ...ok? He also gets nasty cold sores(herpes???) in winter and spring. No matter, i will make my money back. They pay rent of 550$ a month. Which is nice. I also get VA checks(thanks to your tax dollars). Livin' the life. Still a virgin at 22. Who cares? Almost....almost done. I can feel the power, that degree will be in my hands. Soon the uneducated peasants will bow to the mighty WoWPro, just like they do ingame, but this time in reality. I will take pictures of my rental home later(well, my parents house they bought me, i don't live in a dorm anymore , at least since 012). Probably wont be able to post pics until March since my phone camera has crapped out, and lets face it, it was a PoS |
