How many moderators does it take to change a lightbulb?

Well, first someone would have to post here reporting that the light bulb was, in fact, non-operational.

Then there would be a discussion of an appropriate replacement; whether it could be replaced with a preban or only a postban; brand; voltage; wattage; color; ect.

There would be a call for volunteers to change the bulb and probably one of the members would offer to donate the bulb and someone else would offer to actually do the work.

My answer is: Zero moderators
