So this is one of the richer counties in Virginia and the US. Overwhelming majority of crimes are not committed by "locals". This has been the trend the last several years since I started periodically checking this report and others.

That's the county I live in. I live in a part with very little crime and very few non-natives. Hard to do. I could name three towns/areas and that's where you live. Go for it.
