Congratulations! Looks good! A question on the basement if you don't mind ... should you use a vapor barrier on the walls? I was always under the assumption that in the basement, the barrier will keep any moisture trapped between the concrete and the barrier, and saturate the insulation. If you don't use a barrier, it allows the vapor to dry to the inside. |

Did they insulate under the slab and the basement floor? Exterior basement walls got any insulation? Did they tape the sheathing? Exterior insulation under the siding? This time of year in SD I'd have thought insulating that garage would be priority 1 there OP.
