[ARCHIVED THREAD] - UTV Air Compressor

Look for a real good air compressor For my UTV/side by side, portable or maybe onboard, the POS Wal Mart ones aren't cutting it.

Any suggestions guys?

Viair.

Have dual 400C compressors in my 4runner. The Chinese copies are shit and fail quickly.

Filling 33" tires from 10 to 42psi takes 80 seconds per tire.

I have a Viair in my truck. I think it would draw too many amps for a sxs.

They do have smaller compressors (the 400s are the highest CFM/amp draw model). Probably something like a P85 should fill those tiny sxs tires in a few seconds at 15 amps, instead of 70 amps.
