I have never been a big fan of frozen/canned biscuits... HOWEVER... my wife brought home some of the Sam's Choice brand frozen buttermilk biscuits... OMG these are just as good as my mom's... and let me tell you my mom could bake her ass off!

Frozen biscuits have improved a great deal in the last 10 years with the flash freezing technology improvements. I learned how to make biscuits from mom but even she uses frozen now as they are so convenient and easy to make.

Frozen biscuits are WAY better than canned, plus you only cook what you need.

I don't really like any of the frozen biscuits I have tried. I use whomp'um biscuits! I have tried countless times to make biscuits and they always turn out like hockey pucks!
