So i just finished watching some youtube videos on metal etching in which one uses a 9 volt battery and salt water. Some of these guys were doing pretty straight and sharp designs very easily and cheap. Since i have an SBR lower i got to thinking that maybe I could apply this technique and forego sending my lower in the mail. My question is will this work on a anodized lower or will the type III anodizing protect it from the process.
ETA: Also...would it meet atf requirements for depth. |
