I'm trying to set up a vpn on my sprint android phone so I can access arfcom when I'm on a network that blocks it.  I'm using L2TP and I'm getting the error message "IKE negotiation failed".

I've talked to sprint and samsung several times and both say it's the other vendor's problem.  

Suggestions?

turn off wifi.. use cellular .

Sprint is the anti Christ.  

Now I'm searching for a vpn program I can run on my tablet but I'm looking for one that doesn't want access to EVERYTHING on my tablet.
