Well this is to be my fist dinner pic.

Sirloin tip steak lightly season, Threw this on the Bbq with some hickory wood chips, direct heat for 45 second on each side, then moved off direct heat to finish cooking.

The plating, sides are cheesy mashed potatoes and mixed veggies.

As a lefty, have the rifle there and having to pic it up from a seated or standing position felt the most natural and efficient. I agree looking at it, that it seems weird.

Needs more gravy on the taters.
Ribeye or porterhouse is way more gooder than sirloin. But it is cooked perfectly.

Looks good. I'd destroy that plate.

The pic doesn't really show the searing well. crappy cell phone pic.  The grill was around 450 when i put it on, 45 seconds on each side. It had a good sear after that, or what I would consider a good searing.

Ok before you burn down your house I may have exaggerated a little. If you can get the temp to 600 put the ambient temp steaks on for 3 minutes per side and let them rest for a few before serving.
