Crank that sucker up till it starts melting the siding off your house and then throw it on there for a couple minutes per side. |

Ok before you burn down your house I may have exaggerated a little. If you can get the temp to 600 put the ambient temp steaks on for 3 minutes per side and let them rest for a few before serving. |
