You know, if cut little slits all around the chicken, you can tuck peppers (or slices of peppers) in them prior to cooking.

That, along with the beer can in the cavity, is an old Texas Ranger recipe.

Enjoy!

It's called "Drunken Chicken".It steams the beer into the meat.

Police were alerted to the presence of a drunken man waving a chicken with a can of beer up it's ass and screaming "Damn you Ed, You had to go get dry on me".
The police also found a melted plastic handgun in the oven.
Police were at a loss to explain what had happened.

i don't own any plastic guns and I don't think that cz52 could be melted with a blowtorch.

The most important thing to remember when preparing that recipe is to OPEN THE BEER before you put the chicken on it.

Don't ask me how I know.

How long and at what temperature did you cook that?

Also, the beer can should only be half full, right?

that chicken was about 2lbs. 350 degrees for about an hour and a half. I just check it every 30 min after the first hour till it's done. The main thing is to get the breast meat fully cooked.

yes 1/2 can of beer. a full can will boil over and foam like crazy.

Pilsner Urquell, baby!  The only way to go.

Only thing missing is a CZ 75, a Czech Mauser or an SAR-1

I have the same problem, more or less.  I shoot much better with it one handed 'point & pull trigger' than I do using both hands & squinting at the tiny sights for proper sight picture, breathing etc.  Just as well, she's not really meant for precision target work...just something to shoot back at Capitalist Running Dogs while running for your rifle, etc.  The aftermarket firing pins from makarov.com are said to really improve accuracy by improving trigger pull.  You lose the firing pin safety though so don't use the hammer drop with a round in the chamber.
