When and why did they start spelling it Usama with a U instead if Osama with an O? FOX is especially guilty if this.
Do they think their viewers are so stupid as to get Osama confused with Obama? That's the only reason I can think of. Regardless, it irritates me. |

Probably for the same reason a lot of state media assholes make a point of pronouncing Spanish words in comically and nearly-offensively exaggerated ways. And for the same reason that the jug-eared, purple-lipped commie whore-son says the word "pock-ee-staahn."

The correct spelling is a bunch of Arabic squiggle writing. Don't get bent out of shape by changing romanization. Hell romanization for Japanese seems to change entirely every 20 years or so. This, sort of. Arabic names are so 'westernized' with first middle and last names. People need to understand that translations with spellings can change and the meanings behind names are very important. |
