Ok so if you dont put postage on a envelope the post office returns the letter to the sender right? I never put return addresses on my bills and when I forgot to put postage on them once the PO went so far as to open the envelope and get my address of my check. Anyway if you put the persons (say a friend) address who you want to mail a letter to as the return address and put your address as the mail to address and dont put any postage on it do you think the PO would deliver it to your friend? |
