I bought the premium version of Malware Bytes &  now I keep getting this pop-up in the corner of the screen saying "malicious website blocked" even when I'm not on anything other than ARFcom or yahoo.

It says various domain names like "xmlka.com" and I don't know how to stop it.

Then today something popped up on my yahoo email saying that the messages I tried to send to various people didn't go thru & I never sent anything to those people.

I tried downloading that CC cleaner but it says my security won't let it download.

Come on folks, this is getting scary....

Now the computer is even acting slow. UI tried defragmenting but that didn't seem to help much.

Try this brah. Create another log in. Turn computer off and log into that new log in. Then your Internet should work and run what ever program you need to.

Do you have access to another computer? If so burn this to a CD http://www.avg.com/us-en/avg-rescue-cd. Put it in your cd drive then reboot. (make sure the cd drive is first in the boot order)

Does that answer anything?

Did you update malwarebytes?

Restart and login to safe mode. Update malwarebytes and run it. Remove everything it suggests.

So far it won't go to safe mode.

Computer needs to be started in safe mode then run a full scan not quick scan. Clean everything it finds. Boot into normal mode and run another full scan. Empty both temp folders prior to running scan, will have less to scan that way.

MB pro isn't causing your issues. Sounds like you had something bad already in your system before the MB install and need to update your MB. Win 7 here with not one virus issue since win7 came out using MB pro and I go to some seedy sites on the web. Compared to my last machine with XP and MB and I had virus issues all the time. Win7 and MB pro work seamlessly together without using any resources to slow your system down.

Any idea how much it should be to just have some pc-guy repair it?

Figures it craps out right when the new "boardwalk empire" and "TWD" come out....
