I have coconut oil and heavy cream in mine as a breakfast replacement, makes me feel great! Have to try that, any particular brand ? I use Trader Joe's dark and Extra Virgin Coconut oil from Sam's club. You must blend the oil into the coffee to get it to emulsify, I also add in the cream before blending as it gets frothy when you do. I only add half a cup of coffee then poor the other half into the blender to help rinse out the residue for easy cleaning. |
