I just had mine off the other day - and I don't recall seeing a s/n on the barrel.



Then again Pabst Blue Ribbon ain't exactly whatcha would call "memory tonic", and I've had one or two of those in my lifetime.

Oh...My...God...I am SO not a drama queen!
Actually, smart asses [BD], I had been disassembling and reassembling weapons for a few hours, and I was getting tired of it.  For the record, it took me three minutes to get the handguards off and two to get them back on.  [:D]

Sometimes there is a barell marking that can indicate what the barell manufacturer is and what the barell is made of. Atleast there was on an Oly that I owned.
