There was a guy around Ft. Bragg that had "20NOUT", along with an "Army Retired" sticker in the back window...
My favorite was the RV that had "HERE2DY"...it was a Florida plate, and I thought it meant "Here To Die", which I thought was macabre and depressing all at the same time...until I saw the plate on the car they were towing... ..."GON2MRW"

My wifes plate is "BACKOFF" . She got tired of people hitting her vehicles. It seems to have worked since she hasn't been hit since she got the plates. Haha! I've seen your wife driving around town. suposed to be an IM.

Virginia has to be the holy land of vanity plates. Some of the ones that always got me were 10wiskys havatit (I didn't read it as Have at it, as I think it may have been intended) 3M 3T1B (think about it in the rear view mirror) (V) AGINA where the V was printed on the plate as a part of the University of Virginia logo I am sure there are many more, I think any witty plate has to have been taken by now, and the state blocks anything that they think is vulgar and more. Any and every version of Hokie, using 1s, 0s, 3s, whatever could be used to spell Hokie. |
