I have an inversion table. Seems that most people recommend 5 minutes around 4 times a day. How far inverted do you guys get?

Go all the way or go home.

Not sure where four times a day comes from but I use mine for about 5 - 10 minutes every morning.  Hang completely upside down and try to relax all the core muscles.  Without relaxing those muscles the spine doesn't get the full stretch.  Also, wear socks and shoes.  Your full body weight on bare ankles fells like being skinned alive.
