If he was told to leave the private property and it went back on it, then yes, they could arrest him.
Now, WTF is up with unloading his mag? Cops were dicks that for sure. We don't know what he did before the part we watched, as they said he was trespassing. If you have been told to stay off the lot, you send somebody else to get your car. |

Looked like arrested for open carrying to me. I watched the video beginning to end, he was told to leave and he tried to leave then they arrested him. Stupid to open carry a rifle? Absolutely. Okay to arrest someone for a constitutionally given right? Absolutely not. |
