I preferred the Christmas episode "Chuck vs. Santa Clause" and all of it's Die Hard references. Great show. |

Me and the wife are re-watching it now. It's been long enough that we have forgotten plenty to re-enjoy it, which is a nice change of pace.
The one thing I couldn't realize I missed was Vivian Volkoff whose the same actress playing Maggie on the walking dead. This now makes me wonder why she isn't in a nice Doom Fortress living out the end of thew world, and what kind of evil Hershel was  I always enjoy placing an actors previous roles as characters into one timeline.

I wouldn't say badly but it could of been better. I enjoyed the show, but it had run it's course when it ended. Wouldn't mind seeing a reunion movie at some point. I've heard that the creators of the show have not yet ruled that out as a possibility. I normally don't like shows with the characteristics of Chuck, but I found this show to be rather enjoyable. It helps that it did not take itself too seriously in most respects, but still found a time for seriousness and even some measure of darkness that kept it interesting. I liked that the ending wasn't the predictable sort, but at the same time I thought it hovered only a small degree above mediocrity. It did leave things open to the viewer's imagination. |
