I can't believe I've never heard this guy. Never even heard the name as far as I know.

I bought that LP when it first came out. Years later, I was able to track down a copy of a recording he made in the 1940s or 1950s - good stuff with Sam Ulano on drums.

Moondog was incredible.

I've listened to a couple more albums now. Amazing stuff. I really don't understand how I never heard of him. Just popped up in a random youtube search.
