If you are lucky. I had a professor at Virginia Tech who railed against eating any shellfish raw. For decades he said "You can get really sick from these things." In New Orleans for a conference, he went out and got hammered and friends previewed on him to eat one, (1), a, singular, uno, oyster on the half shell. He nearly died of hepatitis. |
