The Rover
Just watched it last night. Very dark, moody and bleak take on the apocalypse/ collapse of civilization.
Guy Pierce was great, one of the most underappreciated actors of our time, and Robert Pattinson has
shed that crappy "Twilight" image in an IMHO Oscar worthy performance.
Not for everyone but a good film.

every time i see Rover mentioned, I think of The Prisoner starring Patrick McGoohan...  God i loved that show...

The ending was great but not what I expected but, without giving anything away, explained some of the main characters actions and reactions.

It was in general release for about a week this summer.  It's on DVD now.
