I am the president of the Shooting Club in our formerly small town. Recently the neighbors have lawyered up to shut us down.
I seek Help from the ArFcom braintrust. I need ballistic information on a 9mm bullet striking a Steel building almost 1000 yards from our firing line. I personally do not believe that is is possiblefor the bullet to penetrate the wall but I am far from a ballistics expert.
